How long will it take my fruit to arrive?

All orders are processed the same day they are received. After the holiday season the frequency of our shipments are limited by U.S. Postal deliveries to certain regional locations. We cannot meet deliveries with dates less than fourteen days from the order date. This is the most cost effective value to weight shipping proposition we can offer at no extra charge. We deliver your fruit when you want it to arrive. All orders are packed in crush proof boxes, shipped via truck (protected from the heat and cold) to a local post office in the city where your fruit is to be delivered. Once shipped (not ordered) delivery averages four days. If expedited service is required (for an extra charge) please call us directly for processing. We are shipping orders 7 days a week during the holiday season.

How much does it cost to deliver my fruit?

Price includes shipping and handling fees via U.S. Postal Service in the U.S.A., (exceptions listed below). If expedited service is requested the prevailing fee for FEDEX 2nd Day or Priority Overnight will apply as extra shipping and handling charges.

How much fruit should I order?

Here's a helpful guide for:
1 person............................1/5 to 1/2 Bushel
2 to 3 persons....................2/5 to 3/4 Bushel
4 to 6 persons....................3/4 to 1 Bushel
6 to 8 persons....................1 to 1 1/2 Bushel

How much fruit is in each box?

We pack our fruit by volume, but Mother Nature varies her sizes of fruit, so each box is filled with as much as it will hold. Weight and quantity change by variety. For an example, a 1/2 Bushel box of mixed fruit has approximately 25-30 pieces of fruit and weighs 22 pounds.

How do I send fruit to Canada?

We specialize in sending Florida Fruit citrus to Canada. We ship weekly to the following provinces from November to March and biweekly April through May: Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Foundland and Prince Edward Island. All Canadian orders are payable in U.S. dollars.

Is expedited service offered?

Our entire product line is available for expedited service. This service is offered Monday through Friday. Orders phoned in prior to 12:00pm, U.S. Eastern Standard Time, will be shipped same day. Please send an email for additional charges. at 1-800-334-8919.

Leave the burden on us as our guarantee is the best in the industry. If you are not 100% satisfied we'll either reship at no charge or refund the full purchase price including shipping and handling.

U.S. Shipments: Your gift is delivered free of charge, with the exception of the following states which we do not ship to: Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Louisiana, Nevada or Texas. If ordering from the print version of the catalog online, additional shipping and handling fees will total $9.00 U.S. per box.

Canadian Shipments: We ship to the provinces of Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island. If ordering on-line an additional $9.00 U.S. per box shipping and handling fee will be assessed. If ordering from the print version of the catalog online, additional shipping and handling fees will total $18.00 U.S. per box .
