This year's crop is currently absorbing Florida's warm
sunshine and maturing. Our season for fresh Florida
Oranges and Tangerines begins in November.

We only ship fresh Florida citrus and will not substitute our gifts with
product from any other country or state. In this way, you can be sure the
product you receive is a product of the sunshine state and nothing less.
Our citrus consists of Tangerines, Tangelos, Oranges and Grapefruit.
It's fall and fresh Florida citrus is maturing in the groves for another
memorable treat this year. We will begin shipping fresh crop this
month.

Mr. Fruit, Inc., offers an exceptionally
reasonable
guarantee of all gift fruit shipments - even guaranteeing satisfaction
with the taste of Florida's Finest Gourmet Fruit! Our guarantee has been
in effect for over seven years and there is no risk. We will replace or
refund full purchase price (including shipping and handling) upon request
provided:

In the event of customer
dissatisfaction, a
claim be made within 14 (fourteen) days of shipment
Mr. Fruit, Inc., will not refund/replace when an incorrect
address has been provided prior to shipment nor will the delivery be
guaranteed. Please verify recipient's complete address for accuracy then
confirm address is
correctly entered on order form (electronic or hard copy). Fruit is
perishable therefore delivery time is critical to customer satisfaction.
Mr. Fruit Inc., will not extend guarantee for refund/replacement in which the
donor/ recipient causes
excessive delivery delays which contributes to spoilage. Thank you for
