reasonable guarantee of all gift fruit shipments - even guaranteeing satisfaction
with the taste of Florida's Finest Gourmet Fruit! Our guarantee has been
in effect since we started Mr. Fruit in 1995. We will replace or
refund full purchase price (including shipping and handling) upon request
provided:

Mr. Fruit, Inc., has been provided correct
delivery address

Gift is received by recipient on 1st delivery
attempt

In the event of customer
dissatisfaction, a
claim be made within 14 (fourteen) days of shipment
Mr. Fruit, Inc., will not refund/replace when an incorrect
address has been provided prior to shipment nor will the delivery be
guaranteed. Please verify recipient's complete address for accuracy then
confirm address is
correctly entered on order form (electronic or hard copy). Fruit is
perishable therefore delivery time is critical to customer satisfaction.
Mr. Fruit Inc., will not extend guarantee for refund/replacement in which the
donor/recipient causes
excessive delivery delays which contributes to spoilage. Thank you for
